The Department of Driver Services’ New Customer Service Center in Douglasville, Georgia is currently under construction and will boast a modern and sleek architectural design.

The structure will be composed of pre-engineered steel, while the facade will feature a combination of brick veneer, composite metal, resinous wood panels, and storefront glazing, creating a contemporary and visually appealing envelope design. The building will also incorporate eco-friendly elements, such as highly efficient mechanical units, local materials, and generous areas of fenestration, which will allow natural light to illuminate the interior spaces.

Inside the building, the architecture will be focused on functionality and efficiency. The layout will be organized in a way that streamlines the various services offered by the department, ensuring a smooth flow of traffic and minimizing wait times. The design will also include spacious waiting areas with comfortable seating, as well as private offices and meeting rooms for staff members.
